Return of Goods – LaGiveaways.com

To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following guidelines carefully before sending any items back to us.

All returns must be pre-approved in writing by our team. A return authorization must be obtained prior to dispatching any goods. Shipments sent without prior approval may not be accepted by our receiving department.

Returned items must be shipped back within 15 days from the date of purchase. Any requests beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for return.

Please note that customized or branded products are non-returnable once the decoration or printing process has been completed. We strongly recommend verifying all blank items upon delivery before proceeding with any customization.

It is the responsibility of the customer or any third-party decorator to carefully inspect and confirm that the correct items have been received before printing or branding. La Giveaways will not be liable for errors identified after customization has taken place.

For approved returns of unused and undecorated items, a restocking charge will apply, calculated as 20% of the item value or a minimum of $20, whichever amount is higher.
