All customized orders are final once production begins and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Production & Proofing

Production timelines begin after payment confirmation and artwork approval (if requested).

Proofs are optional. If you:

  • Approve a proof → production proceeds
  • Skip proof → you accept full responsibility

Delays in approval may extend delivery timelines.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are separate from production.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors.

Delivery confirmation from the carrier is considered valid proof of delivery.

Product Variations

Minor differences in:

  • Color
  • Print placement
  • Material finish

are normal in custom production and are not considered defects.

Returns & Claims

Customized products are non-returnable once production begins.

If there is a manufacturing issue, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof. If approved, we may offer replacement or credit.

User Content

You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork or content provided:

  • Belongs to you or is authorized
  • Does not violate any laws or rights

We may refuse any inappropriate or restricted content.

Liability Disclaimer

La Giveaways is not responsible for indirect losses, delays, or damages beyond our control.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for your order.
